Mission Statement
To help others learn how to strengthen their family across generations
Genealogy Springfield is a free conference for those interested in family history and the technology we use in family history.
Genealogy Springfield is held at 1357 South Ingram Mill Road Springfield, Missouri at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints’ meeting house.
Sessions will be presented by genealogy and family history experts from all over Missouri and the country. Experts will also be on hand for one-on-one genealogy consultation. All this is free of charge and open to the public.
Bring a notepad, pen and your questions. Whether you’re just getting started or you need help with a difficult research question, our experts will be there to help.
We suggest attendees also bring a sweater. Some past attendees said a few sessions were chilly so we suggest having a sweater or light jacket if you have a tendency to feel cold.
The recommended dress for the seminar is business casual, no shorts please.
Please no children under age 16
